The TTS trainer team consistently designed target group-oriented, BASF-specific coaching modules. Training emphasized the future tasks: employees were coached in workplace transactions and shown the changes in processes. BASF took an innovative path through the training process with a new blended learning concept. The classic seminar format was combined with web-based training for base navigation, order requests, materials transfer requests and SAP Business Information Warehouse.”
