Our key users could always call on the competent support of the TTS knowledge transfer experts, directly at their place of work, during data input to the SAP system. Meanwhile our IT specialists carried out tests to ensure that the interfaces to the connected systems were running, and that the postings functioned properly. As a result, we could work with the system in a completely realistic way, before we even started with the end-user training, and were fully prepared for the go-live. Based on the very good response from our user departments during the parallel operation, we also decided to engage the TTS consultants for user support in the first weeks after the system went into production.”
