Innovative Training Concept Convinced
As training project partner for Roche Diagnostics TTS used its expertise and in-depth process knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry to come up with an innovative training concept.
Due to the multitude of processes in the fields of sales, production, logistics, purchasing, plant maintenance, finance and controlling, the trainers had to cover a very wide-ranging course spectrum. 100 different courses were held for the various types of applications and user groups. Overall, 2,700 end users learned to use the new system. With regards to the training methodology, TTS applied innovative and pioneering techniques. For example, in addition to classroom training, E-learning was an integral part of introducing a validated IT system at Roche. After the live start, TTS provided end users with direct on-site post-implementation support.
