The implementation and harmonization of business software (for example SAP systems) within an organization leads to changed procedures and new challenges for the respective departments. Process flows and roles must be defined and refined in order to fit the new situation, which means knowledge transfer is the critical success factor in a project’s success.

Our consultants develop project-specific training and long-term qualifications concepts, for example within the framework of an SAP training project. Working with project teams and departments, we design and organize workshops around the new organizational set-up and its changed processes. For us, it goes without saying that you first have to carry out an education needs analysis and develop a training plan (course customization and role-based content). Agreement of the content with the project team, in particular members with training responsibilities, is a must. Our qualifications concept defines the tasks, actions, roles and responsibilities in employee qualification.
