About 50,000 end-users had to be qualified for their tasks with the new SAP system. Therefore the training systems requirements have been enormous, on each up to 2,500 users exercised parallel. Short-measured budgets and time targets have been a further challenge. Right from the start, Bosch focused on the assignment of internal employees working in the projects as trainers.

Bosch succeeded with a mixture of training, coaching and key user support. Together Bosch and TTS developed the "Train the Trainer"-concept. With this strategy application experts from Bosch were enabled to impart their knowledge; the other end users received the know-how in an appealingly way of high didactical quality. "Key users are the supporting pillar in this project. They ensure the sustainable success of the measure", comments the Qualification Consultant in the Center of Competence Qualification Project SAP at Robert Bosch GmbH.

TTS' experience of long years within SAP rollout projects and the firmly established training system environment have been important for the decision working with TTS.
