Deepening Business Process Knowledge With Role Plays
TTS developed and executed a role-based training program for end users at Clariant (Schweiz) AG, which covered practically the entire SAP spectrum. During a two-month training phase, 50 different courses were held by 15 TTS trainers to instruct and qualify 460 end users in the workings of the SAP system.
TTS role plays helped consolidate employee knowledge regarding Clariant’s business processes, as well as broadening understanding of correlations within the SAP R/3 system. Knowledge that participants had acquired during transaction courses was practically applied and deepened during the role plays.
Last but not least TTS’ unique manual design methodology must be mentioned, which is based on actual day-to-day tasks, expertly guiding users through the system with the help of screenshots.
