A Smooth Live Start With TTS
A team composed of 10 TTS trainers and about 10 EnBW trainers worked with 650 end users, from various business units. EnBW chose a modular training approach. Role-specific training by TTS focused on integrated plant management with the PM, PS and MM-DIEN modules. The project included 12 integration seminars, 18 days of basic training, 251 days of transaction training and 12 days of role-based simulation.
