Receiving a Very Positive Response With Blended Learning
TTS deployed its integrated training concept for future SAP R/3 activities. With a 35-person training team, TTS conducted 70 different SAP courses over a period of 81 days. The target group consisted of 3,200 end users, including key users and managers. They were coached for their future SAP activities using a blend of information and integration events, transaction training and role-play sessions. The Blended Learning concept (a mix of classroom and online training) received a very positive response. After a glitch-free live start, TTS also provided post-implementation support.
