TTS took over the concept definition, adaptation and implementation of the SAP Master Training program at Robert Bosch, linking the learning objectives to the ARIS process documentation, and developing style guides and author handbooks. TTS consultants coached the Bosch trainers and authors, and supervised the business experts in the use of SAP templates, all within the framework of an ongoing collaborative project. They also managed the learning objectives and coached Bosch through its rollout projects. The Bosch authors worked with TTS authoring software, thereby creating the user documentation.
