Enhancing Efficiency With TT Knowledge Force
The merger of Credit Suisse and Credit Suisse First Boston and the accompanying reorganization affected several thousand employees. They had to be trained referring to their role within the new organization, in the application of new methods as well as in the use of new software. Within the scope of a blended-learning-concept, in 2006 Credit Suisse decided to use the TTS' authoring tool – TT Author. The departments create the necessary trainings with the Heidelberg qualifying experts' authoring tool and there is a considerable need for WBT-modules to realize the application trainings.
