How REW AG consolidated all of the development programs and further training activities for over 70.000 employees across the enterprise within its new RWE Development Center
Our series of seminars on talent management started with the extremely interesting presentation by Friedrich Werner, Manager of the Development Center at RWE AG. He presented the experiences he had setting up the Development Center, whereby all the further training offers within RWE were bundled together.
Werner began excursively: the market for further training in Germany amounts to 27 billion, of which 80 percent (according to Richard Gris, a trainer and Consultant in the area of further training) is a complete waste of money because it cannot be plausibly justified from either cost or quality perspectives.
