Review tts Forum 2014
More than 200 national and international guests visited tts Forum and User Group in Heidelberg.
“You’ve either got it or you haven’t.” That was one of the points with which Professor Markus Hengstschläger brought a smile to the faces of an international audience at the 10th tts Knowledge Transfer Forum. In his opening address the human geneticist made the case for diversity: fostering employees’ individual talents could be a key competitive advantage in the future, enabling organisations to respond innovatively to new challenges.
Speakers from Baloise, E.ON, Evonik, Fresenius Medical Care, HUK-COBURG, SEW-EURODRIVE and upc cablecom then illustrated in the two parallel seminar streams, “Talent Management” and “Knowledge Technologies”, some of the strategies that are helping to foster individual talent in practice.
