WBT example from the IT environment: Managing SAP User Data
Get a clear picture of the many advantages (inform, learn, motivate) in the available e-learning sequences. These three WBTs deal with customizing and maintaining user data within the SAP system.
Level 1: Inform | without sound
It makes more sense to offer knowledge that is only seldom used – or which can be easily deduced based on available knowledge – in a shorter format, absolutely “to the point”.
Level 2: Learn | with sound from speech engine
Basic skills and frequently used knowledge building blocks are didactically created as learning content.
Level 3: Motivate | with professional sound
If the intention is to overcome barriers to learning, or to communicate company goals, values and policies, we recommend the use of content that motivates and engages on an emotional level.
