Implementing next generation learning tools at Oshkosh Defense

Upgrading an ERP is never a simple task.  Not only are there a number of technical and configuration changes that are required, but ultimately the users need to learn about the changes to the system navigation, business rules and policies and procedures. Oshkosh Defense is a global leader in the design, production and sustainment of best-in-class military vehicles and mobility systems and is a long-time user of Oracle’s JD Edwards ERP system. Oshkosh and their long-time training partner iLearnERP, previously used the Oracle User Productivity Kit (UPK) to develop training materials and support user adoption.  Oshkosh Defense selected the tt performance suite as a replacement for Oracle’s UPK and as its next-generation platform for learning across all of its technology landscape.

Webinar content

During this webinar, April Favara, Training Consultant with iLearnERP will share best practices for assessing, planning and developing JD Edwards upgrade materials as well as observations about using the tt performance suite versus Oracle UPK.

Patrick Dunlap, from tts - knowledge matters. will provide an overview of the tt performance suite and how it’s being used at numerous Oracle customers around the world.
