How do you implement SAP S/4HANA successfully?

Whether it's a greenfield, brownfield or even a hybrid implementation or migration to SAP S/4HANA, your stakeholders expect a wide range of improvements from the software. For example, they’re demanding real-time reporting, in-depth analysis or a more appealing, easier to use user interface.

We are sure you are aware and concerned that conversion to SAP S/4HANA is not just a release change or an upgrade. Rather, the project entails a far-reaching transformation of the IT landscape, functions and, not least, processes. You might even be in doubt that this is the right move for your business and looking for alternatives.

If any aspect is underestimated, it can have serious consequences for an ERP implementation project - from exceeding the timeline and budget to complete failure of the project. According to a study by Gartner, this is the case in 55 to 75 percent of all projects.

But how do you ensure that your SAP S/4HANA implementation won't become one of these statistics? Our experts will discuss this topic in the upcoming webinar and cordially invite you to join us!

Look forward to an exciting exchange around the following questions:
    • What are the opportunities and risks of an SAP S/4HANA implementation?
    • Why do the majority of all ERP implementation projects fail?
    • What is user adoption, and what role does it play in an ERP implementation?
    • How can you best prepare your employees for a system change?
    • What resources support you in case of difficulties in the daily work routine?
