We would like to inform you that, as of 1 August 2026, tts digital HR experts GmbH has become part of the HR Path Group as a member of the tts dHRe Group.
For our collaboration, this change primarily means continuity combined with expanded opportunities: tts digital HR experts GmbH will remain in existence as a company and as your contractual partner. Your existing contractual relationships with us will generally remain unaffected by the change in our group affiliation. Your current contacts will also continue to be available to you.
At the same time, being part of HR Path will enable us to draw on the expertise, resources and international presence of a larger corporate group in the future and to incorporate these into our ongoing collaboration with our customers.
What will change for you?
There is currently no action required in relation to existing contracts and ongoing projects as a result of the change in group affiliation. If any organisational or operational changes relevant to our collaboration arise as part of the further integration, we will of course inform you in good time.
What does the new group affiliation mean for your data?
With the integration of tts digital HR experts GmbH into the HR Path Group, the systems and processes required for our business activities will also be gradually integrated into the new group structure. This particularly concerns the customer and business contact data required to manage, support and continue our customer relationships.
This data will continue to be processed for the purpose of carrying out and managing our existing business relationships. A renewed consent from our customers or their contacts is not required solely due to the change in our group affiliation.
If the integration results in changes to the processing of personal data, the systems used for this purpose or potential recipients, we will reflect these changes accordingly in our privacy information.

What happens next?
No action is currently required on your part. Your existing contacts and communication channels will remain in place. If any changes affect your specific contractual relationship or our collaboration, we will inform you separately as required.
