The AIQ Pilot starts: AI Readiness in focus, teams wanted
Many AI initiatives are starting - the starting point remains unclear.
AI is being tested and used in many areas. At the same time, there is often a lack of the foundation for targeted development: How far is the team really? Where are the gaps? And what measures make sense? Without this clarity, initiatives arise that are difficult to prioritize and have little impact.
Typical obstacles that we often encounter in AI initiatives:
- Unclear starting position in the team
- AI usage hard to compare
- Training without clear priority
- Uncertainty in dealing with AI
- Lack of foundation for decisions
What is missing, therefore, is not another initiative, but a shared, robust understanding of the starting position. This is exactly where a structured, data-driven look at the team comes in: the AIQ.
You get a reliable picture of how your team uses, understands, and evaluates AI.
The results show where targeted measures are sensible – and where they are not.
You work closely on a specific question instead of in an open format.
AIQ: Determine the AI starting position in the team reliably.
What is the AIQ?
The AIQ is a structured employee survey with a clear evaluation logic. It captures how your team understands, uses, and assesses AI – across defined dimensions such as usage, competence, and trust.
The result is not a general report, but rather a concrete snapshot of your team: with understandable scores, comparison values, and clear areas for action. This creates a solid foundation for prioritizing and implementing measures effectively.
About the Pilot Project
As part of the pilot, AIQ will be conducted free of charge with two selected teams. The aim is to create a well-founded snapshot under real conditions and derive specific, actionable next steps from it.
What We Offer
- Focus on Concrete Teams
- Clear Structure Instead of Experiment
- Limited Seats for Quality
- Direct Results Orientation
Execution of the pilot program
1. Application Phase (6 Weeks)
You submit your application for a specific team.
2. Selection of Two Companies
We select two teams to participate in the pilot.
3. Conducting the Analysis
Your team participates in the AIQ survey. The execution is streamlined and requires no implementation effort.
4. Evaluation & Classification
You will receive a structured evaluation with clear classification.
5. Derivation of Actions
Next steps will be defined together.
Framework Conditions:
- Ideal team size: 10–35 people
- Participation with a specific team/area
- Willingness for a reference or success story
- Optional: Participation in webinar
Participation is limited to two companies. Take advantage of the application phase to secure a spot in the free AIQ Pilot.
