Dr. Zajonc believes there are many reasons why the study’s findings point in the right direction. “According to us, the fact that Gartner® has recognized tts as a Sample Vendor in its Hype Cycle report and forecasts a market penetration of five to 20 percent for digital adoption solutions in the next two to five years is great news for us and reaffirms our own outlook,” he states. “We believe that it overlaps with our observation that digital adoption solutions are increasingly being seen as a strategic key to the successful deployment of new technologies and that first movers can gain decisive advantages from using a digital adoption solution.”
